That new duvet/cover/sheet set was a bit of a spend (even from Ikea) but worth it, that was the best night’s sleep since I don’t know when.
LighterLife weighin: 5 pounds since Wednesday. I’ve lost exactly 13 pounds in a week. Noticed disturbing real, tangible difference walking back to the bus stop yesterday compared to last week – lighter, faster, looser clothes. Scary.
Graph is here. From here loss is slower, as my medium term energy store (glycogen) is gone and I’m now running on fat. Expect losing 4-5 pounds per week from now on, until I either reach a weight I’m happy with or ram-raid a kebab shop.
