3135 steps yesterday. 4274 the last time I wore the pedometer (Thursday?)

This morning I managed 20 front reps, 15 up reps, and ten side reps, with the light green weight. I’l look up the names and weight & edit later. First time I’ve been able to do this without me muscles acheing and giving up – might be getting all the nutrients I need in the packs but something is missing for the “you can work out” department.

I also have more or less lost the terrible ketone taste in my mouth! Been gone for a couple of weeks, but now I’m sure it’s a natural change and not the ketosis conking out, given last week’s loss.
